Our client is a leading provider of **SaaS solutions** at the forefront of innovation and offers an integrated and secure suite to automate the processes of legal departments. They are looking for a Customer Success Lead in Dubai, who will join the Customer Success team.

Responsibilities
- Spearhead, create and drive full project implementation plan per each customer you onboard.
- Gain a good understanding of the Governance Suite use cases.
- Be an expert and proactively learn about new functionalities.
- Consult and prescribe optimal structure and use cases per each customer.
- Provide advice and training to new and existing customers.
- Guarantee resource optimization and implementation quality.
- Collaborate in the creation of documentation to help scale onboarding efforts.
- Proactively communicate and manage onboarding risks, delays, and priorities.
- Nurture customer relationships and share best practices and experience with the Global team.
- Collaborate with the team, and participate actively in ongoing initiatives and campaigns.
- Support the activities of the department.

**Requirements**:

- Master-Degree or University Diploma are essential requirements. Training in computer science, laws or Business Administration are a bonus.
- Minimum of 4-year experience as Project manager, preferably in a SaaS company.
- Native Spanish and excellent English. French and Portuguese are a bonus.
- Great problem-solving skills, consultative approach to find the best solution.
- Comfortable giving presentations to groups of any size & audience.
- Proven track record of experience with highest level of customer service, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Outgoing individual with interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Curiosity to discover new functional areas and listen to new technologies.
- Ambitious and willing to integrate a human and professional adventure.
