**Summary**: Reporting directly to the Senior Global Brand Director this role will be pivotal support providing administrative and operational support to the marketing team. This role will assist with the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales.

**Requirements**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports
- Raise Purchase Orders (PO’s) to ensure that suppliers are approved within the ERP system
- Setting up new vendors to be approved within the ERP system
- Manage expenses for the department. Raise any anomalies with the Director immediately to resolve.
- Assist with the coordination and logistics of marketing events, product launches, influencer activations, and promotional activities
- Compile and distribute marketing reports, analytics, and sales data to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain organized marketing files, databases, and archives of creative assets
- Manage inventory and distribution of marketing collateral and product samples
- Assist with marketing calendars to ensure that product supplies match requirements while keep track of budgets and spend
- Collaborate with finance to ensure the timely payment of suppliers and reconciliation of marketing spend
- Provide backup for general office duties like arranging stock room, sorting mail, ordering supplies etc.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of influencer collaborations and campaign metrics.
- Help coordinate influencer gifting, product mailings, and sample distribution as needed.
- Tracking the Influencer Marketing budget for product mailings
- Work closely with the logistics team to manage all Influencer shipments.
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers
- Co-ordinate with samples approvals

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, administration or related role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy - especially number data entry
- Demonstrated experience with purchase orders, reconciliation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience supporting marketing efforts for a beauty, cosmetics or fragrance brand
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
