Scheduling and coordinating job sites and personnel.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of projects and materials.
- Coordinating with Procurement & Store as needed.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- Tracking project budgets and expenses.
- Conducting research and gathering information to support business decisions.
- Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials and presentations.
- Providing administrative support to project managers and field personnel.

Skills & Requirements
- Civil Engineers will be preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in UAE/GCC.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge in MS Office suite especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
