**About the role**:
**The Position requires: -**
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for our assurance services which include but not limited to (Sustainability and GHG services, Safety, Operational security, Cyber security, Product Assurance, Medical Equipment Assurance, etc.) This role combines sales expertise with a deep understanding of assurance related services.
**Business Development and Sales Strategy Development (30%)**:
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell assurance services. Identify target markets, customer segments, and industry trends to maximize sales opportunities.
**Client Relationship Management (15%)**:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand clients needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.
**Product Knowledge (10%)**:
Possess an in-depth understanding of the organization's services.
Educate clients on the benefits and value proposition of our offerings.
**Sales and Revenue Generation (20%)**:
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the organization. Develop pricing strategies that align with organization’s principles while remaining competitive.
**Market Research (10%)**:
Stay updated on regulations, market trends and developments in middle east.
Analyse competitors' offerings and market positioning.
**Reporting and Analysis (10%)**:
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses. Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
**Training and Education (5%)**:
Conduct training sessions for sales teams to enhance their understanding of assurance concepts. Keep the sales team informed about new product developments and updates.
**Compliance and Ethics (5%)**:
Ensure that all sales practices adhere to ethical and legal standards.
Align sales processes with set practices and corporate responsibility policies.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales and business development in assurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in sales and customer relationship management software.
Understanding of middle east market dynamics and regulations related to assurance related services is must.
