**Responsibilities**:

- Find new business prospects by conducting extensive research, making excellent networking connections, and using lead creation techniques.
- Develop trusting connections with prospective customers so that you may better understand their needs and offer them alternatives for renting a holiday property.
- To get new contracts, provide effective sales presentations and negotiate with finesse.
- Obtain ambitious sales goals and contribute to the company's overall revenue development.
- Develop and implement successful sales strategy in close cooperation with the marketing team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically within the hotel industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Valid UAE driving license (beneficial but not mandatory).
