C. A strong foundation in various IT domains. Knowledge of networking, system administration, cybersecurity, database management, cloud computing, software development, and emerging technologies. Familiarity with both hardware and software aspects of IT is crucial.

D. As a Head of IT, you will be leading a team, so strong leadership and management skills are critical. This includes the ability to motivate and mentor your team, delegate tasks effectively, and promote a collaborative and productive work environment.

E. The IT landscape is ever-changing, with new technologies emerging regularly. Being adaptable and open to learning is necessary to stay relevant and make informed technology decisions.

F. As a Head of IT, you'll have access to sensitive information and systems. Demonstrating a strong sense of ethics and promoting security awareness within the team is paramount.

G. Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP), cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP), or technology-specific certifications (e.g., CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
