Receptionist Secretary

**Executive Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director for instructions.
- Keep diary for appointments for Directors and head departments and remind important events.
- Schedule meetings and alert managers about cancelations or new meetings.
- Coordinates office management activities, committees and task forces.
- Takes and transcribes dictation, Relay directives, instructions and assignment to executives.
- Establish easy access to telephone directory for suppliers, vendors, yellow pages, customers, etc.
- Drafts/organize letters, memos, and office correspondence.
- Ensures the proper and efficient maintenance and safekeeping of documents in the section for easy retrieval when needed.
- Full reception duties, which include guests, giving information as requested; reception area; Greet and receive visitor. Accommodate and refer to concerned staff.
- Read and sort important documents received, assess and forward to the concerned executive and staff.
- Organizing and filing all incoming and outgoing important documents.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
