Incentives Compensation Manager

Working actively with the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Team, you will be at the forefront to effectively implement the global strategy for Short Term Incentives (STI). You will be a crucial team member in determining the end-to-end design of Hitachi Energy’s Annual Incentives, Sales Incentives and Production Incentive Plans, including implementation of the design in Workday (HRIS system). If you have experience with Incentives, we have an exciting opportunity for you This is a global role and a one-year Fixed Term Contract with possibility of a permanent role in future.
Tasks
- Support in designing incentive schemes with strong business insights, in line with Hitachi Energy People strategy and comparable in industry.
- Simulating incentive schemes to prove feasibility, reporting and fine tuning the final version for execution.
- Support in transitioning local incentive policies and practices to a globally harmonized policy and HRIS system (Workday)
- Keep regular tracking of incentive implementation and finding problems for solutions.
- Liaise with C&B Managers and HR Business Partners to gather requirements for deployment in the Global HRIS system (Workday) for all incentive programs - Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) and Production Incentive Plans (PIP) and other short term incentive plans.
