**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?**:

- Adhere to monthly expansion revenue targets provided by Bayzat’s customer success leadership team.
- Develop and execute customer expansion initiatives in collaboration with the sales, product, and customer success teams.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities by analysing customer usage and behaviour patterns.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Bayzat’s product and its value proposition and use this knowledge to create targeted customer messaging and campaigns that resonate with our customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive product adoption and expansion.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify opportunities for expansion, gather feedback and insights, and build stronger relationships.
- Monitor customer engagement and usage metrics to identify opportunities for intervention and support.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on customer needs and help shape the product roadmap.
- Track and report on customer expansion metrics and communicate progress andresults to senior management.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**:

- 4-5 years of experience in a customer expansion or account management role ina SaaS or software company.
- Customer service oriented.
- Proven track record of driving customer expansion and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Obsessively organized and detail oriented.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and verbal).
- Experience working with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus
