As we prepare to enter UAE market, we seek a Partners Acquisition Manager to spearhead the growth of our partner network, facilitating our mission of expanding fitness accessibility worldwide.

**Job Description**:
As the Partners Acquisition Manager at 1Fit, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, responsible for cultivating and managing partnerships with gyms and studios in our target markets. Leveraging our data-driven, agile approach and commitment to transparency and customer development, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our global expansion strategy.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Research and compile a comprehensive list of potential gym and studio partners in the Middle East market and other targeted regions.
2. Arrange and conduct meetings with potential partners, utilizing cold calling and other outreach methods to initiate discussions and explore collaboration opportunities.
3. Lead negotiations with potential partners to finalize rates, conditions, and terms of partnerships, ensuring alignment with company objectives and partner needs.
4. Guide partners through the entire onboarding process, providing support and assistance as needed to facilitate a seamless integration into the 1Fit platform.
5. Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to communicate partner feedback and needs and drive collaborative efforts.
6. Continuously monitor partner performance and feedback, identifying areas for improvement and optimization to enhance the partnership experience.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Key Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in partner acquisition, business development, or related roles, preferably within the fitness or technology industry.
2. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decisions, and foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
4. Analytical mindset with a focus on using data to drive decision-making and optimize partnership strategies.
5. Commitment to overcommunication and transparency, with a proactive approach to addressing partner needs and concerns.
6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
