**Responsabilités principales**:
Gérer et développer un portefeuille de clients B2B existants en maintenant des relations étroites et en fournissant un excellent service client.

Prospecter de nouveaux clients B2B potentiels en identifiant les opportunités de vente et en établissant des contacts avec des décideurs clés.

Comprendre les besoins des clients, proposer des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins et négocier des contrats commerciaux avantageux.

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes (marketing, service client, logistique, etc.) pour assurer une coordination efficace dans la gestion des comptes clients.

Suivre les tendances du marché, identifier les opportunités de croissance et les nouvelles tendances du secteur afin de maximiser les ventes et d'atteindre les objectifs fixés.

Maintenir une connaissance approfondie des produits et/ou services offerts par l'entreprise et être en mesure de les présenter de manière convaincante aux clients.

Préparer des rapports réguliers sur les activités de vente, les prévisions et les résultats obtenus.

**Compétences requises**:
Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 3 ans en tant que vendeur B2B, de préférence dans le secteur de la téléphonie mais pas obligatoire.

Excellentes compétences en communication, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, en français, langue maternelle.

Capacité démontrée à établir des relations commerciales solides et durables avec les clients.

Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome et à atteindre les objectifs de vente fixés.

Bonnes compétences en négociation et capacité à conclure des accords avantageux pour toutes les parties.

Orientation vers les résultats et capacité à travailler dans un environnement axé sur les objectifs.

Capacité à comprendre les besoins des clients et à proposer des solutions adaptées.

Connaissance des techniques de vente et de la gestion du cycle de vente.

Maîtrise des outils informatiques (logiciels CRM, Microsoft Office, etc.).

Flexibilité et capacité à s'adapter à un environnement de travail dynamique.

Horaires et jours de travail: Du lundi au jeudi de 9h à 19h.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
