**Title: Business Development Manager**

CEO Clubs Network creates the most effective business platform for CEOs and seniors executives to share experiences, explore opportunities and grow business locally and internationally.

Oversee day-to-day operations

Design strategy and set goals for growth
Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
Set policies and processes, with the approval of the CEO and Executive Director of the company.
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
Direct the employee assessment process
Prepare regular reports for upper management
Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors.

Improving Revenue.

**Requirements and skills**
- Degree in business management or a master’s in business administration.
- Good knowledge of different business functions.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Strong work ethic.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Computer literate.
- Proactive nature.
