**Location: Dubai, UAE**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Approach, gain and maintain strong long-term relationship with Key Corporate Accounts, from all industries, for business setup and ancillary services and act as a strategic partner
- Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention
- Identify new business opportunities, markets and potential clients across multiple international markets to grow overall sales and profitability
- Research partners, identify key players and generate interests
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and companies to enhance cross-sell opportunities
- Develop extensive networks and partnerships in UAE, GCC and overseas
- The role includes increasing the client base in both the private and public sectors, creating a strong and sustainable pipeline, increasing sales, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners
- Support our company in entering new markets through business development, partnerships, market expertise, identifying opportunities, arranging meetings, and other elements to ensure success
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
- Collaborate with senior management to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
- Negotiate contracts with new customers in accordance with contract guidelines and policies
- Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization
- Using tactical approaches and processes to drive results through partnerships
- Structure and execute business initiatives, lead analysis and develop and communicate final recommendations for growing partner relationships
- Create and own entire project management responsibilities and partnership processes of multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Liaise with relevant license holders or brand owners, and local suppliers to ensure alignment on all brand fronts
- Conducting micro-marketing activities that include Kiosk activities and other direct marketing activities
- Identify opportunities to grow through trade shows, expos, and distributorships
- Identify tools for continuous improvement tools and implement new and enhanced ways of working
- Use strong commerciality to creatively sell solutions, with the help of cross-functional teams, you will meet multiple stakeholders and build long, trusted relationships to close future business
- Enhance customer relationship management (ZOHO CRM) systems and guidelines to manage customer relationships
- Build C-Level Relationships: You will learn to paint a client-centric vision of value by effectively positioning our recommendations in the client’s context

**Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a relevant field
- Experienced in solution selling and finding clients' pain points to provide value.
- 2-5 years experience in B2C Sales or Business Development in UAE
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar position
- Proven experience in achieving and overachieving targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong team player and time management skills
- Ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel Suite
- English (Full professional proficiency - Required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
