**Job Summary**:
The Finance Manager in the automotive industry is a key player in ensuring the financial stability and success of the company. This role involves overseeing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic financial insights to drive business decisions. The Finance Manager will collaborate closely with various departments to support financial goals and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Financial Planning and Analysis**:

- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and economic factors to provide insights for decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis to assess financial performance against budgets and forecasts.

**2. Budget Management**:

- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets aligned with organizational goals.
- Monitor budget performance, identify areas of concern, and recommend corrective actions.
- Implement cost control measures to optimize financial resources.

**3. Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with industry accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing explanations for variances and trends.

**4. Cash Flow Management**:

- Manage cash flow to ensure operational needs are met and excess funds are invested appropriately.
- Implement strategies to optimize working capital and liquidity.
- Monitor receivables and payables to maintain healthy cash flow levels.

**5. Risk Management**:

- Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Stay informed about industry-specific risks and changes in market conditions.
- Collaborate with risk management teams to implement effective risk mitigation measures.

**6. Strategic Financial Guidance**:

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
- Participate in long-term financial planning and capital expenditure decisions.

**7. Team Leadership and Development**:

- Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Ensure the finance team operates efficiently and effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's / MBA degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in finance management, particularly in the automotive industry.
- Professional certification CA / ACCA is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
