**Real Estate Sales Manager (Off Plan + Secondary)**
- +5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DUBAI REAL ESTATE MARKET MANDATORY.
- HAVING EXPERINCE IN OFF PLAN & SECONDARY MARKET.
- FLUENT IN ARABIC & ENGLISH.
- MUST HAVE A DRIVING LICENSE.
- MUST HAVE A BACHELOR'S DEGREE.
- VERIFIED IN CLOSING DEALS.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership and Management**:

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:

- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Create and execute sales plans and strategies to meet business objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
- **Training and Development**:

- Provide ongoing training and professional development to sales agents.
- Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their performance and skills.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle high-level client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Develop strategies to retain clients and encourage referrals.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws and regulations.
- Manage the sales department budget and allocate resources effectively.
- **Marketing Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Coordinate open houses, property showings, and other marketing events.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales and management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Real estate license (if required by state law).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
