Logistic Assistant Requirements:

- Graduate
- 2+ work experience in a Logistic Assistant role.
- Logistics industry experience is required.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills.

Prime Responsibilities
- Validate and record inbound and outbound data manually and systematically
- Verify and inspect all forms, reports, and records relating to product/materials
- Inspect and reconcile quantities with that of the inbound and outbound documents
- Maintain and manage all customer deliveries
- Effectively communicate with carriers, customers, operations, and management team
- Performs clerical duties such as filing, inbound/outbound documents, phone calls, data entry, etc.
- Relocate material to keep and maintain inventory range and location transfers in the System
- Assist in conducting daily / monthly in-house cycle count when required, support in locating missing items throughout the facility
- Assist supervision/management as needed and Performs other duties as required.
- Prepare inventory related reports and verify inventory balances/records in the Systemto identify shortages and discrepancies and research

**Salary**: From AED1,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
