Logistics and Accounts Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Recording accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately in the system.
- Managing purchase orders (POs) and invoices, ensuring timely processing and payment.
- Coordinating with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and any related inquiries.
- Managing orders and procurements, including sourcing suppliers and negotiating contracts.
- Overseeing logistics, including coordinating shipments and tracking deliveries.
- Maintaining accurate stock inventory records and conducting regular audits.
- Ensuring office supplies and stationery are adequately stocked and replenished.
- Coordinating between office departments for any HR-related tasks or inquiries.
- Assisting in other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in office administration, preferably with a background in accounts.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in procurement, logistics, or inventory management is a plus.
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is desirable.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
