URGENT HIRING FOR HR EXECUTIVE

**Responsibilities**
The HR Executive responsibilities include:
- Maintain HR documentation, such as Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, and Contracts of Employment.
- Ensure our compliance as an EEO company by filing an EEO-1 Report to the US Department of Labor every year.
- Help employees with their appraisals, and employee benefits packages.
- Mentor Human Resources staff and provide necessary counseling services as and when needed.
- Oversee and accomplish administrative processes.
- Maintaining compliance with the state, federal or local labor or employment laws.
- Supervising employee recruitment, meetings, and terminations.
- Deal with and investigate employee complaints without any bias.
- Introducing and implementing the use of new technology in the HR department.
- Reporting to the company CEO or superiors.

- Ability to create customized reports highlighting hiring trends in the industry, employee turnover rates, and other critical data.
**Responsibilities**
The responsibilities of an HR Executive can include:
- Foster a safe work environment with open communication channels.
- Hiring employees at all seniority levels at our hotels.
- Creating and approving budgets for all departments.
- Develop the company payroll.
- Resolve disputes and other possible issues within the company.
- Conducting exit interviews with the outgoing staff members.
- Supervise the dismissal process.
- Identify and provide counseling for employees in distress.
- Work with department heads to determine the training needs.
- Fulfill and adhere to the legal requirements to ensure compliance.
- Creating company policies based on the best HR practices.
- Ensure diversity at our workplace.
- Boost employee morale by celebrating their birthdays.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
