**Responsibilities**:
**Public Relations**:
- Develop and implement effective public relations strategies to enhance the company's reputation and brand image.
- Manage and maintain positive relationships with government agencies, clients, and other relevant entities.
- Handle all PRO-related tasks, such as visa processing, document attestation, and other government-related procedures.
- Represent the company in a professional manner during external interactions and events.
**Human Resources**:
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Handle HR administrative tasks, including payroll, benefits administration, and record-keeping.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in both Public Relations and Human Resources roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in HR.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
