**Job Summary**:
The HR Cum PRO will be responsible for managing human resources functions while also handling public relations tasks. This dual-role position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and a knack for maintaining positive relationships with external stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment and Onboarding**: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Facilitate onboarding for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
- **Employee Relations**: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment. Implement and manage employee engagement programs.
- **HR Administration**: Maintain employee records, process payroll, manage benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- **Training and Development**: Identify training needs and organize development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- **Performance Management**: Oversee performance appraisal processes, provide feedback, and support career development plans for employees.
- **Compliance**: Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations.
**Public Relations Responsibilities**:
- **Media Relations**: Develop and maintain relationships with media representatives. Write and distribute press releases, manage media inquiries, and coordinate press events.
- **Company Image**: Enhance and protect the company’s reputation through effective communication strategies and public relations campaigns.
- **Content Creation**: Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, company newsletters, and corporate publications.
- **Event Management**: Plan and coordinate company events, including press conferences, community outreach programs, and corporate social responsibility activities.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Act as the liaison between the company and its stakeholders, including clients, community members, and industry partners.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
