Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests by understanding their needs, preferences, and special requests. Address any concerns or issues related to reservations promptly and professionally.

Room Availability and Inventory Management: Monitor room availability and manage the hotel's room inventory effectively. Coordinate with the front desk and housekeeping to ensure all reservations are correctly recorded and rooms are properly assigned.

Rate Management: Stay updated on current room rates, promotions, and packages to provide guests with accurate pricing information and maximize revenue opportunities.

Upselling and Cross-Selling: Offer additional services, upgrades, or amenities to guests to enhance their experience and increase revenue for the hotel.

Group Reservations: Assist in handling group bookings and reservations, negotiating rates, and managing room blocks for conferences, events, and large parties.

Cancellations and Modifications: Process reservation changes, cancellations, and refunds while adhering to the hotel's cancellation policy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
