- United Arab Emirates- Closing Date: Jul 9th 2023**MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE**
To contribute towards the development of online products, systems and ancillary services to support the revenue objectives of the Department in line with the overall commercial strategy across all Airport touch points (lounge access, parking, etc.).
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensures smooth implementation and commercialisation of all features and products in the local market to offer a more seamless and personalized offering to customers (both through flydubai’s online platform as well as through all applicable channels (online, airport check in etc.)
- Develops upselling strategies and bundle offers as part of the developing airlines retailing capabilities with minimum viable products.
- Leads the adoption of new airport products and drives their implementations.
- Conducts product research, system development, customer usability, business impact assessment, business case development and user requirements for all airport related products and services.
- Creates and manages an annual rollout plan of all newly introduced products to be sold while contributing to the creation, prioritisation and implementation of KPIs for them.
- Works closely with relevant stakeholders to design and deliver airport products (ancillaries and auxiliaries) across the flydubai network to maximize revenue opportunities. This includes airport products sold on all platforms.
- Conducts market analysis and opportunity assessments for current and future products aimed at maximizing digital revenue and margins.
- Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy for third-party product and service offerings, with a focus on increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Establishes and manages relationships with third-party providers, negotiating commercial terms and ensuring that partnerships are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
- Manages the integration of third-party products and services into flydubai’s systems and processes, merchandising them effectively and ensuring that they are seamless and efficient for customers.
