**Area of responsibility of eCommerce Data Analyst**

A key part of an e-commerce business analyst’s job is reviewing data and making recommendations based on what the analyst finds after a review of internal and external data.

In addition to their data mining and analysis duties, e-commerce business analysts work on the administration job supporting the customer service team, following up on implementing marketing activations, and updating the content bank.

The key tasks and responsibilities include:

- Data and results analysis (EPOS / C.A.S and other KPIs) and recommendations based on insights & shopper behavior,
- Anlysie Organic search, paid search, SOS, online assets (Impressions / CTR, category icons, product positions, etc ).
- Use the Arla DSA tool (E-Fundamentals) to monitor E-Commerce performances and report insights/actions.
- Contribute to marketing activations reports and performance and suggest insights/actions.
- Support Arla Regional E-Commerce Team in getting required data & reports.
- Report monthly P/L analysis per account per category.
- Monitor Paid search performance and report insights.
- Update the content bank database and ensure it is reflected on all platforms.
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze business performance (dashboards).
- Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of business strategies.
- Find business opportunities through analysis, market research, analyzing data and sales performance, competitions, and trends.
- Run a seasonal competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the market.

**Qualifications/Education**
- A bachelor's degree in statistics, finance, and information technology.
- 1-3 Years’ experience in the same field.
- e-Commerce sales experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Experience with content, product & inventory management.
- Experience with SEO & knowledge of non-technical SEO best practices.
- Strong Microsoft excel, word, and editing skills
- Digital marketing & Social media marketing is a plus
- Experience in sales analysis.
- Language: English Fluent level - Arabic is a plus.
- Basic Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- Artificial intelligence experience is a PLUS.
