Role Summary
This role leads, contributes, supports and manages the generation and processing of added-value analytics for the HR organization, by leading and driving continuous and sound improvements in in Borr’s HR Integrated Systems and other HR Platforms. The role is responsible for supporting and maintaining the compliance of data, generating HR related reports, managing system upgrades, and maintaining data integrity within the Corporate and Regional HR Teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for implementing and developing HR dashboards and reports for strategic, tactical and operational initiatives.- Design, build and deploy BI solutions for HR, including the development of visualization tools.- Manage, together with HR stakeholders, the development of interactive data visualization, using Power BI, based on business needs.- Ensure the gathering of business requirements for data / analytics reporting.- Ensure the creation of a “One Truth” HR dashboard to support Grow Our Own Talent and make visible our company performance, to include but not limited to:
- Headcount
- Attrition
- Hires
- Promotions
- Transactions
- Competency and Training Reports
- Onboarding
- Service Awards
- Probation
- Exit Data- Provide insights on emerging trends and present to key HR stakeholders.- Recognize and suggest short-term and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.- Ensure C&B function has the adequate support as required for analytics of C&B packages.- From various data points i.e. employee relations practices, attrition, compensation etc, analyse any risks, opportunities and threats and make recommendations based emerging trends.- Ensure procedures and process maps are created and maintained to support the collection of data and distribution of same.- Conduct periodic audits and provide insights to the ongoing compliance of the data being held within Borr’s HR Integrated System.- End to end management and delivery of global projects focused on hire to retire cycle, using tools and proven methodologies.- Oversee all system upgrades and system additions in partnership with the IT department.- Manage the roll out HR automated solutions for example electronic delivery of standardised global offers and contracts via Borr’s HR Integrated System.- Continuous partnering with all stakeholders - internal and external - to drive full automation and simplification of all HR related processes using Borr’s HR Integrated System.- Continuous partnering with stakeholders on process re-design of on hire to retire employee’s lifecycle processes via Borr’s HR Integrated System.- Be able to, through constant interaction and close follow up, successfully interpret, manage, and influence stakeholder’s expectations.- Ensure the Company’s controls related to SOX are completed accurately and in a timely manner, reporting any inconsistencies when found.- Enhance visibility of the HR budget report, liaising with Corporate Finance Team when necessary, and produce an accurate monthly report for internal stakeholders.- Manage a team of HRIS specialists that will support the creation of HR automated solutions.- Ensure the creation of a dashboard system that will support long-term strategic decision making. The dashboard system should inform Borr’s management team of the Company’s status of strategic quality data that will assist in the decision-making process, including Diversity and Inclusion Reporting to support and provide visibility and alignment to our sustainable goals.- Constantly look for solutions to lower cost related to Borr’s HR Integrated System without jeopardizing the quality of the service provided.- Maintain data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data and raising compliance and improvement opportunities.- Ensure smooth integrations of different platforms that will enhance the quality of the HR processes.- Increase the organizational awareness of the dependability of Borr’s HR Integrated System and the need to keep it up to date.- Support the annual PPA cycle by ensuring YE reports on rating trends are produced in alignment with YE business performance.- Ensuring all HR-related systems are compliant with necessary data protection laws.- Other HR related matters and HR projects as directed by HR Services Director.
Qualifications and Experience
**Qualifications**:
- HR qualification or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline)
- Solid experience in Integrated HRIS, Workday experience an advantage.
- Ability to create visual dashboards, developing and maintaining data models.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI data querying and modeling capabilities, such as creation of calculated columns, measures, and relationships.
