As a **Pricing & Contracts Controller **, you will plan and manage the provision of various tariffs and billing process of dnata Cargo whilst adhering to dnata Cargo objectives and yield Requirements. You will prepare and administer all contracts for Standard Ground Handling Agents and Leases for the provision of dnata Cargo services and facilities through standard, lease, sponsorship and special contracts.

**In this role, you will**
- Plan the tariff of dnata Cargo to ensure dnata cargo attains the maximum yield requirements on all product and services
- Implement Commercial pricing strategy for dnata Cargo enabling it to successfully achieve its revenue objectives and profitability
- Plan and manage all contacts and lease agreements (new and renewals) ensuring dnata cargo interest is protected at times and its risk exposure is limited or nullified
- Lead and supervise direct reports providing direction and formal and informal feedback to ensure that work with is carried out efficiently in line with the individual's objectives
- Guide the contact support officer, billing supervisors and RRA on issues, queries, processes with regards to contracts and billing thereof
- Provide and facilitate on-going training and development to the reporting staff to optimise performance and efficiency and contribute to the career development of staff
- Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
- Implement departmental policies, processes, procedures and provides instructions to the team on day to-day operations
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices, cost reduction and productivity improvement
- Provide dnata with centralised tariff support unit to cater to the pricing of cargo products. Develop and control the implementation of standardized procedures for price/tariff guides so that sale and revenue are reflected accurately to applicable rules, standards and procedures
- Be the central focal point for specialised knowledge and information for all queries relating to both air and landside related tariffs and contracts. Revise, amend and control the distribution of contract and tariff in close liaison with support services and Senior Manager. Commercial and Business Development, Revenue Accounts, in order to ensure appropriate procedure is followed to comply with proper billing and contractual obligations
- Analyse pricing and tariff information against existing dnata Cargo products, market conditions and competition by preparing pricing analysis with recommendations and conclusions for management to support pricing decisions to be competitive in the market. Recognise opportunities to package various cargo products and pricing to support Business Development and cargo operations through various cargo terminal facilities
- Prepare and support the negotiation of contracts while entering into lease and sponsorship agreements with tenants ensuring the company's best contractual and commercial position
- Draft and finalise new and amendments to contracts, ensuring that all contracts are fully approved by business stream and handed over to customer as per negotiated and agreed terms and conditions
- Liaise with relevant department's viz. Legal, Insurance, Facilities, Airport Operations to ensure that contractual clauses, terms, conditions and processes are up to date and relevant
- Control the cargo credit account pro-actively through interaction with accounts and the agent community by providing direction to the team. Ensure critical levels are communicated to avoid delays. Maintain and manage through a systematic procedure checks on account balances

**Qualifications & Experience: To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements**
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years’ experience in the Airline industry in the areas of Contract Management and Billing
- Proficient Communication/Negotiation Skills
- Proficient Safety Awareness Skills
- Analytical and numerical skillsProven ability in preparing contracts & agreements which are systematic and well documented
