Cannata Worldwide Cargo Services LLC is looking for an experienced and highly motivated **Sales Executive - Land Cargo** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales in our land cargo division by managing customer accounts, offering comprehensive door-to-door shipping solutions, and delivering competitive pricing tailored to client needs. As a Sales Executive, you will provide end-to-end solutions for clients, from negotiating rates to ensuring timely deliveries, all while managing the complexities of weight, pallet, and duration specifics for land-based shipments.

Key Responsibilities:
**Client Relationship Management**: Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key clients to understand their shipping needs and offer customized land cargo solutions.

**Quotation & Pricing**:Provide transparent and competitive pricing for **door-to-door shipments**, factoring in shipment weight (kilograms), volume (pallets), and specific destination requirements.
- Prepare detailed quotations with a breakdown of costs, including freight charges, fuel surcharges, tolls, customs duties, and other applicable fees.
- Tailor pricing models based on destination specifics, such as domestic or international routes, and adjust based on distance, weight, and volume.

**Shipment Details & Costing**:

- Calculate the **total cost per shipment** based on factors such as weight (in kilograms), pallet size, and shipment duration.
- Provide clear timelines for delivery, including estimated durations for shipments from pick-up to delivery, specific to destination zones (e.g., regional, national, or international).
- Break down pricing by destination, ensuring accurate and realistic quotes based on current market conditions and transportation networks.

**Sales Targets & Strategy**:

- Drive the sales strategy by meeting set revenue and volume targets for land cargo services.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Understand and anticipate market trends to remain competitive and align offerings with customer demand.

**Coordination with Operations**: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments and timely deliveries. Ensure any issues or discrepancies are communicated to customers in a timely manner and resolved effectively.

**Market Research & Competitive Analysis**: Monitor competitor offerings, pricing structures, and service levels to ensure our land cargo services remain competitive.

**Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress through CRM tools and other reporting systems.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience in land cargo, logistics, or transportation services.
- **Knowledge of Land Cargo Logistics**: Strong understanding of the land cargo industry, including shipment pricing, packaging, palletization, weight-based costing, and route optimization.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members effectively.
- **Problem-Solving Ability**: Strong analytical skills to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software; familiarity with logistics management systems is a plus.
- **Education**: A degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- **Sales Performance**: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets for land cargo shipments, ensuring the growth of the client base.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by offering timely, reliable, and cost-effective land transport solutions.
- **Efficiency & Accuracy in Pricing**: Accurately calculate and present shipment costs, ensuring the company’s pricing strategy is profitable while offering competitive rates.
- **Timely Delivery**: Monitor the shipment process to ensure accurate delivery timelines are communicated to clients and adhered to.
- **Operational Coordination**: Ensure smooth coordination with the operations team to guarantee efficient movement of cargo from origin to destination.
