Client Relations and Administrative Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relations and Communication**:
- Keep clients updated on their bookings, schedule changes, and service details, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
- Onboard new clients by sharing service information, answering questions, and setting expectations for the service experience.
- Handle any client concerns with professionalism, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Represent the company professionally and warmly in all client communications, upholding brand values.
- **Administrative and Office Management**:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, including filing and tracking expenses, invoicing, and processing payments.
- Manage office inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with suppliers and external vendors to source quality materials and negotiate favorable terms as needed.
- Organize and schedule maintenance, cleaning, and office upkeep, ensuring a pleasant and safe workplace.
- **Team Coordination**:
- Coordinate with cleaning teams and other service staff, assigning responsibilities and checking in to ensure service standards are met.
- Monitor and maintain a schedule of tasks, ensuring team members understand their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Assist the operations manager in aligning team activities with client expectations, facilitating smooth workflow and communication between office and field teams.
- **Financial and Reporting Tasks**:
- Track expenses, maintain budget reports, and compile receipts for monthly expense filing and reconciliation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial summaries, detailing office expenses, inventory costs, and client billing.
- **Brand Representation and Communication**:
- Develop and maintain a friendly yet professional rapport with clients, ensuring they feel valued and informed at every interaction.
- Answer calls and chats with a welcoming attitude, providing clients with an exceptional experience that reflects the company’s commitment to quality and care.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
