Our client is a leading Freelance and E-Commerce platform provider based in Dubai. With over 3000 freelancers, they are dedicated to fostering a vibrant community and establishing strategic partnerships that contribute to the success of our platform.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as a **Community Engagements & Partnerships Manager. **The Community Engagements & Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and nurturing strong relationships among the organization's freelancers, partners, and internal teams. You will be responsible for creating a thriving community atmosphere, ensuring a positive experience for freelancers, and driving strategic partnerships to enhance our platform's offerings.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Community Building**:

- Develop and implement strategies to engage and connect with freelancers within the platform.
- Facilitate communication channels, forums, and events to encourage interaction and collaboration among freelancers.
- Act as a liaison between freelancers and the internal team, ensuring their feedback is heard and addressed.

**2. Partnership Development**:

- Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with key industry players, service providers, and influencers.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and value for all parties involved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner offerings seamlessly into the platform.

**3. Freelancer Support**:

- Implement initiatives to support the professional development and well-being of freelancers within the platform.
- Address concerns, provide guidance, and act as a point of contact for freelancer-related matters.

**4. Event Planning**:

- Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and webinars to foster community engagement.
- Work with internal teams to plan and execute events that contribute to the growth and success of the platform.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community management and partnership development within the freelance or e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai market and the dynamics of the freelance ecosystem.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Results-driven with a focus on building long-term relationships.
