- Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.
- Typing, editing, and formatting letters/memos, reports and documents and distributing.
- Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining records and databases.
- Arranging events, scheduling appointments/meetings and sending reminders.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
- Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
- Any other task assigned by reporting Manager/Engineers/Staffs.

Admin Secretary/Reception Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED.
- We welcome applicants without experience who wants to start their career with us.
- 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Secretary would be advantageous.
- Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training.
- Knowledge in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters. Exceptional filing, record keeping, and organizational skills. Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanner machines.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling and call forwarding systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- receptionist: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
