Position Overview:
As an Administration Professional, you will be the backbone of our office operations, responsible for handling a wide range of administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism. In addition to managing administrative duties, you will also have the opportunity to interact with clients, understand their needs, and provide them with tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of office administration, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to record client interactions, update contact information, and track sales leads.
- sales activities, including preparing sales quotes, processing orders, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and provide support as needed in various areas of the business.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in office administration and customer service roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in office software and CRM systems.
- Sales experience and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
