**HR ASSISTANT ( Arabic Speaker )**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Arabic speaker HR ASSISTANT to work in a Medical Centre in Sharjah. WITH 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in Healthcare your Responsibilities include Assist with Day to Day Operations of the HR functions and Duties. Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives. Compile and update employee records.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- follow up Tasheel, and Immigration (new, renewal, amendments and cancellation) on E- channel.
- Manage Tawjeeh Services for New Staff
- Attendance management, Leave Management, Employee relations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Management Recruitment and Selection Process
- Overtime Calculation
- Follow up on Boarding Training for new Employees
- Follow up on the MOH License for Doctors and Nurses, Collecting and Submitting Application with Required Documents.
- Filing and documentations
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Requirement:
- Must be located in the UAE
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Immediately available preferred
**Language**:
- Arabic Language (required), English (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelors in Human Resource Management (HRM)
