We are currently looking for an experienced F&B Operation Manager for UAE operations.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for overall operational management and financial performance of multiple accounts and units.

Manages all operational issues ensuring Standard Operations Procedures are met and value is added to the F&B objectives as detailed in the F&B Performance Plan.

Train, develop, and motivate the allocated F&B brands, staff, and physical locations to meet and exceed established standards of the brands

Continuously improving the sales and outlets performance through the daily follow up with the brand's administrators and aggregators team as well as marketing for the best performance of the brands.

Display exceptional leadership by providing a positive work environment, counseling employees as appropriate, and demonstrating a dedicated and professional approach to management.

Effectively promote revenue, profitability, and growth in all outlets

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- F&B Operation Manager: 3 years (required)
