- Monitor and manages guest requirement, complaints.
- Maintain close and professional working relationship with the outlet chef to provide good quality service to the guests.
- Safety of the working condition is maintained in all outlets.
- Maintain inventory i.e food, drinks and operating equipment in proper stock levels and selection to the outlets.
- Continuously review the operation and make recommendations to the Manager on how to enhance the product.
- Be available on the floor to assist team members and to interact with guests Complete reports in a timely manner.
- Coordinate for day to day operations and administrative records.
- Ensure that cleaning and equipment maintenance schedules are in place and being followed for all food and beverage areas.
- Maintains outlets guests database efficiently.
- Supervise, coordinates and direct the prompt, efficient and courteous serving of food and drinks in the listed outlets.
- Supports to the fullest in promoting food & drinks of the outlet to achieve revenue optimization.
- Checks the grooming standard of the employees on daily basis.
- Establishes and maintains effective people relations.
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems for both the team members and guests.
- Train staff to meet and exceed company standards, also identify individual training needs required for the outlet’s operation.
- Monitoring of F&B Employees attendance.
- Monitoring of Training Certificate expiries.
