Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to real estate agents. Coordinate appointments, meetings, and open house events. Handle correspondence, answer incoming calls, and provide assistance to clients with exceptional customer service. Maintain office files and records in compliance with company policies; manage databases and document processes. Assist with onboarding new agents by providing training and support on office systems and procedures. Prepare and distribute marketing materials, manage mailing lists, and support agents in marketing initiatives. Oversee office inventory by anticipating office needs; place and expedite orders for supplies; verify receipt of supplies. Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and troubleshoot malfunctions; contact maintenance services when needed. Process transaction paperwork and ensure all documents are compliant with real estate regulations. Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
