**Job Opportunity**:Sales Co-ordinator
**Location**: Abu Dhabi, UAE

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Coordinate Certificate Distribution**: Ensure the timely and accurate distribution of certificates to clients, managing all necessary documentation to meet company standards.
- **Follow-Up on LPOs and Payments**: Track and follow up on Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and payments, working closely with clients and internal departments to ensure timely processing.
- **Departmental Coordination**: Act as the primary liaison between the sales team, training and inspection department, and the accounts department, facilitating effective communication and alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
- **Data Entry and Management**: Accurately enter and manage sales data in the company’s relevant software, maintaining up-to-date records of client interactions, sales orders, and payment statuses.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Prepare and maintain reports, invoices, and other sales-related documents, ensuring proper filing and accessibility.
- **Client Communication**: Address client inquiries and requests related to certificates, payments, and orders, providing prompt and professional customer service.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Utilize office software and tools (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, etc.) effectively and be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies as required.
- **General Administrative Support**: Assist with additional administrative tasks as required by the sales team and management.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a data entry or coordination role in the UAE is preferred.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
- **Fluent in English**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- **Quick Learner**: Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, systems, and procedures.
- **Technologically Competent**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and comfortable using CRM systems and other office software.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately.
- **Problem-Solver**: Able to identify issues and resolve them efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- **Team Player**: Works well in a team environment and can coordinate effectively with various departments.
