**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
- **Client Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- **Order Management**: Process and follow up the orders, making invoices, track project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of advertising materials, keeping track and replenishment of inventory items.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to identify potential clients and market trends, supporting the development of targeted sales strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, production, and design teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives and ensure high-quality deliverables and supports sales force.
- **Reporting**: Generate sales reports and analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and managing sales materials, Making quotations ,Creating a weakly delivery, Schedule after coordinating with the principals following up on orders and making invoices.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales coordination or support, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills (oral & written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications: Excel, Word, Out look.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
**Skills**:
Hard Working and Energetic, Mature and ability to work with a variety of individuals at all levels including customers, employees, etc.
