- We are a fast-growing, reputable manufacturer and interior design/fit-out company specializing in interiors for the education and children’s leisure industry. We are currently looking for Sales Coordinator to help expand our business._
- With strong case studies, a strong support team of sales & marketing, fit-out specialists, and carpenters/joiners, and access to quality furniture, flooring, and play equipment products, these are excellent opportunities for an efficient _administrator/sales _coordinator professional to develop and earn in this expanding operation._
- The Sales / Admin Coordinator will be responsible for high levels of multi-tasking, team coordination previous experience of Fit-Out industry mostly in commercial interiors and design solutions._
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Prior experience in appointment setting or telemarketing is preferred, Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and clear approach.
- Able to build rapport quickly and establish trust within internal department, Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet set expectations or quotas, Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ms Excel - You will be responsible for utilizing advanced Excel functions and techniques to streamline processes, analyse data, and provide valuable insights to drive business growth.
- Ms Word - The ability to type quickly and precisely is crucial for entering data efficiently and minimizing errors. Maintaining a high typing speed, usually measured in **words per minute (WPM) with no less than 75.**
- Highly desirable to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions, Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- **REQUIREMENTS**_
- Ideally, this individual could be an sales executive, customer service executive turned sales / admin coordinator, an estimator who can play a role of co-ordinator, the administrative trainer turned sales coordinator._
- At least 3 year of experience in the UAE and a strong understanding of the Report preparation, Excellent hands on skill for administrative workflow._
- Having a strong understanding of the sales process and recognizing the importance of administrative tasks within employer-of-choice environments can be highly regarded
- UAE driving license is necessary._
- Ideally fluent in Arabic but not a must._
