A well-established Automotive Company is looking for a **Warranty Administrator** with the below qualifications.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or associate degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years previous experience in **a warehouse automotive parts setting preferred**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Excellent interpersonal skills required

**Tasks**:

- Processing all warranty tickets and ensuring proper documentation required by the manufacturer.
- Keeping track of all factories’ recalls and announcements
- Follow up on all outstanding warranty claims
- Submit extended warranty and maintenance plans for payment
- Reconcile all warranty schedules
- Assist with another administrative task in the service department as needed
- Prepare, submit, code, and track warranty repair orders and claims according to dealership and manufacturer policies
- Pay close attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness of claims to ensure the Service Department and Collision Center receive proper credit and monies due.

**Salary**: Up to AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
