Overview & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Contractual and Commercial Expertise:

- Utilize your contract administration skills, preferably in an international context, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Demonstrate good organizational abilities, self-motivation, and adaptability to handle a wide range of tasks.
- A technical background, sales skills, and a field-oriented approach are advantageous in this role.
- Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.

Project Management:

- Manage contracts from the initial request for quotation (RFQ) stage to order acknowledgment and invoicing.
- Take charge of major contracts, which may include organizing procurement activities.
- Provide internal sales support, brief field project managers and service engineers before project commencement, and offer commercial, contractual, and administrative assistance throughout the project.
- Assist the Service Sales team in selling major field projects.

Administrative Support:

- Offer administrative support to the field service organization in handling commercial and contractual aspects, including warranty claims.
- Assist in the warranty of project requirements, leading to cost evaluation.

Project Oversight:

- Oversee all commercial, contractual, and administrative aspects of projects, including but not limited to:

- Receiving and reviewing inquiries.
- Assisting in generating quotations.
- Supporting Service Sales efforts.
- Reviewing, resolving, and acknowledging orders.
- Coordinating internal meetings for order processing.
- Organizing procurement activities.
- Tracking project extras such as working time and materials.
- Initiating order amendment requests if not handled by Project Managers.
- Monitoring progress billing due dates.
- Ensuring financial control during the invoicing and collection processes.

Financial Accountability:

- Review and verify expenses and timesheets in Oracle before Manager Approval.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- UAE National Citizen.
- Previous experience in contract administration, preferably in an international context.
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
- Technical background and field-oriented experience are beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and adaptable.
