**Service Administrator**

**Job description**:
**Performs routine, administrative, and general office, operates as a senior assistant, undertaking the more complex routine operations. The role may also provide administrative services to one or more individuals.**
- Prepares different reports related to the work processed, drawing data from a variety of sources within and outside of the department. Compiles reports, orders, and associated documentaion and enters them into the business ERP system.
- Produces regular and/or ad hoc analyses of information relating to work processed. Deals with external sources such as customers and suppliers in order to resolve non-routine problems.
- Assembles relevant data and compiles information as directed. Maintains schedules and administers systems or arrangements for activities such as purchase, receipt, travel, dispatch, and delivery of goods and/or services
- Receives and screens telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors, answering routine questions and providing information. Schedules appointments and coordinates arrangements for meetings, conferences, travels and related issues

**Location: Abu Dhabi**

**You are meant for this job if**:

- Professional diploma in the discipline with 5 Years of experience (a minimum 2 years of experience or 5 years of practical administrative experience).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of TechnipFMC processes and specifications.
- Effective interpersonal, negotiating, writing and communication skills
- Competent in busines systems including Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, ServiceMax, InteServ.
- Customer service focused with commitment and sense of urgency to ensure customer success
