Admin Coordinator

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Degree in medical or any relevant field;
- Minimum of 2 years experience in supervising an Outpatient Clinic;
- Knowledgeable in day-to-day operations of a medical facility;
- Trustworthy and flexible;
- Develop and revises policies and procedures by analyzing operating practices from the governing bodies and authorities of Abu Dhabi.
- Keep abreast with all the news and changes in any legislation (DOH-Abu Dhabi/MOH, etc)
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager / CEOs any standard operations procedure that needs to be implemented.
- Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to the Operations Manager / CEOs; discovering irregularities; determining continuing needs.
- Maintains suggestion system by directing and controlling administrative technical aspects in accordance with management directives.
- Oversee and maintain financial records from external businesses.
- Perform general administrative, clerical, and executive support tasks to ensure organizational sustainability
- Assisting with special projects/activities, such as taking approvals from the DOH and MOH system for any marketing strategies.
- Secure minutes of meetings and other records; and also prepare presentations as needed.
- Able to join immediately
