Admin Sales Coordinator

We are in need of Admin cum Sales Coordinator
- Preparing quotations, submittals, warranties & checking technical specifications/requirements of the projects. - Supporting sales representatives and coordinating with them for salesrelated activities and managing their schedules. - Responding to complaints from customers and give after sales support when needed. - Staying uptodate on market & industry trends and finding unique approach in making the company's products & services as attractive as possible to potential customers. - Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing queries and deliveries are handled efficiently. - Attending events and meetings to introduce our products. - Supervise and coordinate daily activities and operations of the office or department. - Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales/project details. - Analyze work flow issues and implement workable solutions. - Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Any other task instructed by The Management, as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant - Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques - High degree of multitasking and time management capability - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Integrity and professionalism - Proficiency in MS Office
**Salary**: Up to AED4,500.00 per month
