Sales & Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive with relevant experience in optical sales for our new branch in Abu Dhabi.
**Job description**:
- Identify and acquire new customers, explore new opportunities, and establish new business
- Work closely with Leadership to construct solutions design for each opportunity
- Build strategic relationships and coordinate sales/service activities
- Spearhead sales development (opportunity development and execution) of our Optometrists and Technicians including effective introduction of new products and/or solutions to obtain new business.
- Designs, develops, and implements marketing programs and/or pricing strategies to support the organization's products, services or market sector
- Designs, develops, and implements sales programs to meet the organization's business objectives
- Plans, directs, and coordinates the efforts of marketing and sales toward the accomplishment of objectives
- Lead business development discussions internally and externally
- Measure, analyze and adjust targeting strategies based on performance
- Guarantee the customer base development and product introduction
- Actively promotes Le Vue Optical generating new sales opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent post sales service and back up
- Monitoring the competition to better understand issues and threats and develop plans to eliminate barriers.
- Improve visibility of the Le Vue brand
**Qualifications/Experience**
- Minimum 2+ years of marketing and business development experience, preferably in UAE or Healthcare.
- Experience working with partners/executives in a professional services setting

- Strong project management skills
- Pragmatic, robust, diplomatic, and resourceful, with the ability to adapt quickly to different situations and personalities
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic self-starter with a can-do attitude
- Well versed with social media to help set up target accounts for marketing.
**Salary**: From AED8,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
