You will be responsible for assisting the organisation's digital infrastructure users (internal and external) and will have the following responsibilities:
**Role summary**
- Set up or repair computer equipment and related devices
- Manage service desk ticketing system (log/resolve and close) as per internal and external SLA
- Manage and maintain active directory
- Continuously monitor the system's health and update system patches at regular intervals
- Manage and track the subscription and service renewal
- Work within strict time frames and elevate incidents within defined timeframes
- Maintain and update the asset inventory
- Respond to technical support calls from other staff members or clients and communicate how to resolve issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults, or hardware complications
- Keep a record of issues and solutions to refer back to in future instances
- Manage case hearing videos, including downloading, cut/editing, and uploading to YouTube and Case Management System. Also responsible for periodic review of recordings
- Perform asset management of equipment, wirings, and accessories to avoid any shortages
- Perform risk assessment on IT assets periodically and record the results for audit purposes
- Provide IT Support for internal and external events portfolio
- Provide IT support for CCTV and door access system.

**Qualifications**
- Over five (5) years’ experience in other IT service desk environments
- Knowledge and understanding of Azure and other cloud services.

**Professional experience**
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in UAE.
