IT Support Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- System Administration: - Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and network devices.
- Monitor system performance and identify and resolve issues.
- Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Manage user accounts and permissions.
- Network Administration: - Design, implement, and maintain the company’s network infrastructure.
- Security Administration: - Implement and maintain security measures to protect the company’s IT systems and data.
- Monitor security logs and identify and respond to security threats.
- Perform security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Other Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to users.
- Stay up to date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Experience in system administration, Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD.
**Skills**:
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems, and networking protocols
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
