Our team of highly qualified and experienced engineers and system consultants support local companies with global IT requirements. Clients span across a range of industries including; financial services, insurance, hospitality, aviation, real estate, recruitment, education, professional services, medical and public services.

**Summary**:
Due to growth, we are looking for someone to provide support office support as the Office Manager as well as executive support to our Managing Director. Prior experience in either Office Management or an PA/EA role is preferential, but this is also a great opportunity to establish a career in either of these areas.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Answer and respond to customer account queries working with the relevant teams to resolve these efficiently.
- Support the renewals and procurement processes for clients and internal teams.
- Be responsible for maintaining the office to a high standard.
- Assist colleagues with administrative tasks as necessary.
- Support and assist the People & Culture team with occasional HR related tasks which may include updating office policies and onboarding new hires.
- Supporting the Management team with administrative resource for projects and ad-hoc work including the producing of reports and presentations.
- Comply with local data protection, health and safety legislation and all company policies and procedures
- Be flexible to take on other duties as and when required.

- Strong IT skills with experience in the use of Microsoft 365.

- Confident in working under pressure in a fast-paced environment with an excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive manner.

**Desirable Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in Office Management, or a PA/EA role supporting a senior leadership team or senior manager.
- Knowledge or experience within the IT industry.
