**Job Purpose**
To manage the reception efficiently, attend to guests and telephone calls in a professional manner befitting the corporate image of the Group and provide the necessary administrative support functionally required.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Efficient and courteous handling of telephone calls, provide necessary information /guidance to the caller and transfer the calls to the relevant personnel in the office.
- Ensure that cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the reception area and essential housekeeping standards are adhered to represent an appropriate corporate image.
- Ensure that all equipment / furniture is always in proper working condition and impeccably maintained.
- Assist the Sales team, Processing Team as per the requirement.
- Ensuring tea, water, and refreshments are served to the management staff, visitors, and in official meetings.
- Assisting in menial tasks required by the office staff, like photocopying documents, delivering files and documents to other staff members, dispatching documents etc.
- Maintaining pantry and office material storage, keeping track of material consumption.
- Ability to manage and control documents efficiently, including organizing, storing, and retrieving files as needed. Familiarity with document management systems and protocols is desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadline.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information and documents.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and handle unexpected situations with a positive attitude.
- Keen attention to detail in performing tasks accurately, proofreading documents, and maintaining high standards of quality in work.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
