Job Summary:
We're seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage our front desk, and support our team with administrative tasks. If you have a warm smile, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients, visitors, and tenants in a professional and friendly manner
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and bookings
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
