Executive Assistant to CEO

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle sensitive legal matters and confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Draft, review, and edit legal documents, contracts, and correspondence as needed
- Conduct legal research and prepare reports, presentations, and memos on relevant legal topics
- Assist with the preparation and organization of legal documentation for meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and business partners, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing correspondence, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Coordinate and monitor the activities of each department to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Serve as a liaison between department heads and the CEO, conveying important updates, issues, and concerns
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and efficiency across departments
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the CEO or senior management
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or Executive Assistant in a legal environment
- Strong understanding of legal principles, terminology, and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft and edit legal documents and correspondence
- Proficiency in legal research and the use of legal databases and resources
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive legal matters and information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and legal software/tools
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
