Tonsetech, a leading web and mobile app development company, is seeking a Sales Partner and Growth Hacker to join our team. As a Sales Partner and Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for bringing in new business and driving growth for our company by identifying and closing new client deals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying and developing new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Nurturing relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Creating sales proposals and presentations to pitch our IT support and software solutions to clients.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Developing and implementing growth hacking strategies to increase brand awareness and drive new leads.
- Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition.
- Collaborating with project managers and development teams to ensure client success.
- Representing Tonsetech at industry events and conferences.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Experience in the IT support and software solutions industry.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Experience in growth hacking and implementing effective marketing strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
- Familiarity with the KSA, UAE, and GCC markets.

Mandatory weekly trial:

- At least one closing is required to be part of the trial.

This position will be a commission-based role with a monthly pay as per the closing deals and a yearly bonus for achieving growth targets.
